    •Administering vocational rehabilitation for individuals seeking to re-enter workforce full or part-time. Performs medical management, vocational assessment, job placement, job coaching and follow-up services.

    •Conducting ergonomic workplace evaluations for individuals and companies.

    •Making recommendations for implementing efficient and affordable programs addressing workplace injuries and safety. Examples include “train-the-trainer” educational programs on worker’s compensation, OSHA, HR, and ADA issues.

  • •Partners with HR, attorneys, and health and safety professionals in diverse settings.

    •Analyzing loss control data, injury claims, and vocational trends.

  • Kehr has been a rehabilitation counselor certified by Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) since 1995. She holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology (1995) from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

  • A significant portion of Vocational Medical Consulting Inc, practice includes a federal contract with the Social Security Administration. Kehr has provided impartial testimony as a contracted expert witness for Social Security disability hearings since 1997. She overseas the vocational aspects of 50-70 cases monthly.
